Tai chi is a practice that combines gentle meditative movement and breathing to enhance and circulate the body's natural healing energy. Benefits include improved cardio/vascular function, balance and coordination. It can mitigate osteoporosis and arthritis. Movements can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.
